About the character:

Commander of Brotherhood. The Brotherhood is not a group of heavy fighters. They are more magic users. Because of that, nobody is strong enough to be a Commander. Their Commander is a Fairy Demon, from another Quadrant of planets, although it is unknown how he came to this Quadrant, or to Elvira. The few Faeries that exist on Elvira are generally merchants, as Naida is, but his Demon side gives him a bit of uncontrollable anger and power.
